Research-driven redesign concepts for aircraft maintenance teams
As part of a collaboration between Gulfstream Aerospace and SCAD, I worked alongside a multidisciplinary team of UX and visual designers to re-imagine Gulfstream's employee intranet. My role included user research, concept development, visual design, and iterative prototyping. We partnered closely with stakeholders and end users throughout the project, translating research findings into design recommendations and visual explorations that balanced business goals with employee needs.

Designing a more unified employee experience
Gulfstream Aerospace partnered with SCAD to modernize an employee intranet used by employees across the organization, including aircraft mechanics and technicians. After touring Gulfstream's Savannah facilities and conducting user interviews, our team identified key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Through iterative research, wireframing, and visual design, we developed three distinct intranet visual concepts: Corporate, Adaptable, and Expressive that explored different approaches to usability, culture, and employee engagement.
